The client agrees to pay the photographer an agreed upon amount. It should be completed prior to recieving the finished photos. This is non-refundable. 

All photos taken are copyrighted by the photographer. The photographer has the right to use them for portfolio showcase and promotion. 

The client may not screenshot photos with watermark and post them. If you wish to repost a photo you must purchase it. Upon purchasing photographer will remove watermark, edit the image, and return to client in timely manner.
